Existing Cardholders

If you already have a CitizenCard, you should, Renew your Classic when it expires or if your name has changed, Replace your Classic Card (if it is lost, stolen or damaged). You can upgrade your existing Classic CitizenCard to the Visa Prepaid CitizenCard.

You can replace your Visa Prepaid CitizenCard if it is lost, stolen or damanged by logging into myprepaid.citizencard.com here

You can Renew your existing CitizenCard if your name has legally changed since your previous CitizenCard was issued.  You will need to include with your Renewal application your change of name deed or marriage certificate.

If your Classic CitizenCard was issued before March 2009 you will need to apply again making a new application for a CitizenCard.
