Usage Fees

Load by bank transfer, standing order, internet banking	FREE
Cash load via Post Office	2%
Cash load via Paypoint retailer	3%
UK - ATM Cash withdrawal (up to £100)	£1.00
Abroad - ATM Cash withdrawal (up to £100)	£2.00
Foreign exchange cross-currency fee	2.75%
Inactive/dormancy (if no load/spend within 90-day period)	£1 per month
Declined Transaction This means that a transaction has not been processed for one of the following reasons: insufficient funds on a card; card expired or card blocked.	£0.20
Cash out/cancellation fee	£5.00
Dispute resolution/chargeback This means that a fee may be applied if a customer disputes a transaction for which the chargeback process is unsuccessful or the customer is found to have acted in gross negligence.	£25.00
